In October 2001, Dr. William Cloud opened Cloud Surgical Solutions. To commemorate the opening of his surgical practice, every year in October, Dr. Cloud and Cloud Surgical Solutions host Happy Fall Y'all!

This fun family event is held in honor of referring physicians and their staff for their continued support. Happy Fall Y'all! allows Cloud Surgical Solutions to say "thank you" to the medical community for their continued support.
