Elaine enjoys antiquing with her husband and friends. Every October she and her family dress in pioneer clothing and make homemade apple butter at Harts Square in Hickory, NC. In 2002, she and her sister participated in the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society “Team In Training” marathon hosted at Walt Disney World. Together, they were able to raise over $7,000!

Clinical Operations Director
Donna and her husband live in Morganton and have two children. She is a member of St. Matthews United Methodist Church and enjoys spending time with her family, reading and outdoor activities.

Chasity
Director of Patient & Physician Relations
Chasity received her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Western Carolina University, Cullowhee, NC in 1998. She has been a member of the local healthcare community since 2001, and joined Cloud Surgical Solutions in 2003.

She is a member of Salem United Methodist Church, Carolina Healthcare Public Relations and Marketing Society, and serves as an executive officer of the Morganton Service League where she volunteers a minimum of 30 hours a year assisting organizations like Options, Burke United Christian Ministries, Christmas Cheer and the American Red Cross.

Chasity and her husband reside in Morganton with their daughter and golden retriever.

Nikki
Patient Access Manager
Nikki has been a member of the local healthcare community since 2001 and joined Cloud Surgical Solutions in 2005.
 
She enjoys spending time with her husband and their pets.

Teressia, Certified Medical Assistant
Insurance Coordinator
Teressia has over 15 years experience in healthcare and joined our team in May 2006. She is the Insurance Coordinator and performs a variety of administrative tasks. She is a 1993 graduate of Western Piedmont Community College where she received her Associates Degree in Applied Science in Medical Assisting Technology. Teressia is married and has a teacup Chihuahua that she adores. She is a member of Drexel First Church of God where she sings in the choir and is involved in a variety of church ministries. In addition to spending time with her family and friends, she enjoys traveling, camping, flower gardening and swimming.
